We use Royal Mail for shipping our products to you.  Once you order a product from us and are prompted to enter in your shipping information your actual shipping cost will automatically be calculated based on the ship to address.  Given we mainly "Print on Demand" as orders come in - we offer 1st Class for shipping and some orders can take 7 to 10 business days to fill.

International (Outside European Union)

We ship via Royal Mail for all UK and international orders, Orders in the US are processed by USPS. and our shipping calculator will give you and accurate cost based on weight and destination. International delivery can take up to 6 weeks to some destinations.

 

Refunds will not be made on items lost in the post. A replacement order will be sent free of charge. houseoflegendarychildren.com will not be liable for items lost in the post that are ordered from outside the U.K. and do not use destination tracking or ‘signed for’ services.

 

To return an item, please get in touch by clicking here and filling out our contact form, stating your order reference and reasons for wanting to return your item(s). houseoflegendarychildren.com cannot accept liability for any returns which get damaged or lost in the post.

 

Faulty products or clothing items that do not fit can be returned for an exchange or refund also within 90 days from the date of purchase.
